At OddBird Co., we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition releases and final sale items are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original OddBird Co. packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
